Half Life 2 - sweeeeeet

I recently finished playing through Half Life 2, Episode 1 and Episode 2. Gotta say I love it. The game environment is well developed, the story flows and is fun to follow along with. The game provides a decent amount of weaponry to use. Each weapon has its use, but at the same time, you are able to choose your favorite and use it. Along with the Grav Gun, you can have quite a bit of fun.
I am looking forward to Episode 3 for sure. I don’t want to give away and spoilers, but not looking forward to fighting *those worm things* :)
If you are reading this, you may be thinking “Didn’t this game come out like ages ago? I think I beat it 10 times already?” Well, yeah, it came out a bit ago, but I never seemed to find the time to finish playing it. Also, the fact that I think I played Portal for about 1000 hours doesn’t help me when it comes to finishing HL2.
Back to it. The achievements on Xbox Live are fun. I am not a fan of the story based achievements where you have to get it to continue. I prefer the more challenging achievements where you have to do things you would not normally do in the game or use elements in ways they weren’t intended. That being said, its going to take me a bit to get that gnome into space, or save all the buildings at the end. We’ll See. Off to play Fallout 3, maybe Saints Row 2.
