Coda - Best Editor Ever

Written by: Lance

Coda is an awesome editor. It allows for project file management, regex site wide find and replace, subversion integration, css editing, and much more. I say ‘much more’ instead of continuing to list features, but I really use them regularly.

Even though I don’t use them myself, my venture would be if I had need of those features, that they would be implemented very well. Panic.com seems to do this well, in what I would call ‘The Apple Way.’

If you are on a Mac, and are in need of a great editor give it a shot. You get a 30-day full-featured trial. I’ll post a more in-depth review when I have more time, just thought I should share.

Check out this months lineup after the jump.

Half Life 2 - sweeeeeet

Written by: Lance

HalfI recently finished playing through Half Life 2, Episode 1 and Episode 2. Gotta say I love it. The game environment is well developed, the story flows and is fun to follow along with. The game provides a decent amount of weaponry to use. Each weapon has its use, but at the same time, you are able to choose your favorite and use it. Along with the Grav Gun, you can have quite a bit of fun.

I am looking forward to Episode 3 for sure. I don’t want to give away and spoilers, but not looking forward to fighting *those worm things* :)

Boston Butt ala smoked

Written by: Lance

Pork is good. Smoked pork is better. I threw ok a 9 on pork shoulder butt last weekend, and it turned out awesome. Bark was thick, peppery, spicy. Meat was tender and flavorful.

I started around 6:30am Saturday and removed it at 8:30pm. I have to say that this time it was much easier for me.
