Learned…Day 2

Today wasn’t too exciting, as I spent most of the day at home watching Iron Chef America, but was fun spending time with my family.
What I learned today, surprising as it may be is football related.
What I learned today was that, to avoid a safety, you must get the ball entirely outside of the end-zone, not just part of the ball. Didn’t really know that.
In all fairness, I did learn some other things, such as white chocolate isn’t technically chocolate because it doesn’t have cocoa solids in it. I also learned that Cobia fish has scales, fish and chips is best served with a light batter, and that an english trifle is called a Zuppa Inglese in Italy. Cheers.
